The Pittsburgh Dragon Boat Challenge is sponsored by Three Rivers Rowing Association, the EQT Pittsburgh Three Rivers Regatta and the Pittsburgh Paddlefish. 2010 marks the tenth year of dragon boat racing in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh is represented in both novice and experienced teams. Teams from Canada, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. have also competed in the Challenge in the past. The Pittsburgh Dragon Boat Challenge is sanctioned by the Eastern Regional Dragon Boat Association.
